The app generates retail (rack) projections tailored to specific regions within the contiguous United States, presenting prices in ranges that suggest reasonable values for inclusion in bids. This methodology was developed by Brian Lawrence, who has accumulated extensive experience in the field, having purchased over 2 million tons of asphalt over a 13-year tenure with a major highway contractor in Georgia.
